Even when Ralph said that he should be able to get all of the stains out, I was very skeptical. My goal was just a general cleaning and to mitigate overall long term damage. Also, for the price he quoted me, I wasn’t expecting a professional job. I can’t express how surprised I was when I got home that day. It was like he installed a brand new carpet! He(Ralph) showed up on time, he helped me move a few items off of the carpet, he wore shoe covers(booties). He was very professional and he did an amazing job. I didn’t price compare with other companies, but I won’t even consider using anyone else in the future.
